Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of research-grade peptides and the strict handling requirements involved, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

However, we stand behind the quality of everything we ship. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will issue a full refund or replacement if:

  • Your order arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable
  • There is a verifiable quality defect with the product

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue where applicable.

Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Opened or partially used products (unless defective)
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Orders where the product was misused or stored improperly

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. To cancel, contact us immediately through our Contact page. Cancellations requested after shipment will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund or replacement, contact us via our Contact page with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damage or incorrect items

Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
