Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 (after discounts, before taxes).
International Shipping
At this time, ELVYN Labs ships within the United States only. We are working to expand international shipping in the future.

Packaging
All products are packaged to maintain integrity during transit. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging when required.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the confirmation email is sent.
Delays & Lost Packages
ELVYN Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ELVYN Labs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible.
